Big Island Weather.
Hawaii’s weather has the most radical changes in the world (personal opinion). Why? Because the big island specifically the weather changes in two minutes if it wanted to. Also each town has its own special unique personality.
Example: Waimea[WHY-MAY-UH] is most like the northern states of the U.S. Kailua Kona[KY-LOO-UH KO-NUH] is hot like a dessert on a sweaty day but still humid. Hilo[HE-LOW] is like a wet and rainy forest, and Ka’u[CUH-OOH] a.k.a. South Point is the Windy and dry part of the island. Oh, and dont forget Hawi[HAH-VEE] and the Waikoloa[WHY-CO-LO-UH] portion of the island is also windy and still humid to a certain point.
But anyway yes! The weather really does change within a blink of an eye in hawaii; in any town that you are located in… It could be beautifully sunny at one point and all of a sudden pouring rain. So my advice on the weather is to never plan your day around the weather unless it has something to do with the ground climate but dont judge your day in Hawaii based on the sky:] Bye.
